As a co-development company, we want to have “skin in the game” with our clients. Therefore, we have crafted a number of flexible project structures to align our interests with our clients’ business needs. These include transparent cost-plus pricing, milestone success fees, equity investment when appropriate, and balance-sheet business organization. We also partner with clients to secure grants, economic development funds, or other non-dilutive financing when appropriate.

The best approaches to science-driven product development explicitly acknowledge that there are unknowns in the process. Triple Ring employs a “knowledge-driven” process that combines appropriate elements of lean and agile development to manage risk throughout a project.
